Two reasons, 1. this'll stay a month in the backlog.
And 2. Once people see suggestions like these, they decide not to buy the unusual cause they know it's going to be priced at 11 keys.
Ehh i really thing that the 2. is completly wrong - its not the suggestion fault to not get buyers. =P

No, it is the suggestions fault. I have had these problems in the damn past. I had an unusual I was selling at like 40-50 keys~.
A suggestion popped up at 30, and buyers said "why are you highballing your hat, backpack.tf has it at 30".
And for lower tiers, it's even damn worse.
If you don't want it to be priced at 11 keys then why did you pay 11 keys?
To resell it, I don't get why you guys ask such questions. Everyone does this. They buy for cheaper, and sell for more. Simple.

If I can't sell within a damn month, go ahead and update it to 11 keys, you don't even give me a chance. Once I fucking buy it, that's when you price it? That looks like targeting to me.

No, I'm not saying that. For unpriced unusuals, you need atleast 2 sales, you price it right after I buy it, not even giving me a fucking chance to sell it.
And now when I sell it, no one is gonna buy it due to them talking about this suggestion.
You don't need at least two sales to price an unpriced unusual.
Yeah you do, there has to be atleast 2 sales. And here there's only 1, so you can't price it. So close it.
Two sales are required to establish a range on unpriced hats. If the two sales are discrepant, a third sale is required to determine the outlier.
Exception 1: High Tier Hats
Sales for high tier hats (>200 keys) can be based on a single sale if there are no other sales in the last 3 months. Estimations can be made for unpriced / outdated parts of that trade as long as reasonable estimations are provided.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months [✓]
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.

He's in the wrong, and so are you. All unpriced unusual suggestions like these should be closed until a month passes, or another sale pops up.
it's his choice whether he wants to keep the suggestion up or not, he can either close it now and wait until it sells again (or doesn't sell after a month) and re-suggest or he can keep it up, which will mean it will be up until it is valid
As said before, all unpriced unusuals with only 1 sale, should be closed. They shouldn't be left open just because the suggester "wants to keep it open". They should be waiting for another sale to pop up before even making the damn suggestion.
Another thing this suggester is doing wrong, is targeting me. Right after I buy the hat, is when he prices it, and as far as I know, that's not allowed.
i've seen several suggestions where there is only 1 sale that have been kept up for a few weeks before being accepted
do you have proof that he is specifcally targeting you? because maximus makes several suggestions on all sorts of items. don't accuse someone of doing something wrong without backing yourself up
First of all, I'd like to see any proof to show that I'm "targeting you." Second of all, even if I were targeting you, I'd like to see any rule saying that I can't make a suggestion after some buys an item. Third of all, why are you getting so mad over an 11 key unusual?
