No personal trade experience, but one of these recently sold with a Bubbling Connoisseur's Cap for a Green Confetti Law.

I'm not sure if it's an outlier or something that should be watched, but it seems like a decent baseline to start with.

Likely due to Aces High is why a lot of sales don't seem to exist on this hat.

Not sure where you're getting 100-110 from.

I got the 100-110 from the trade presented itself, seeing as initially prior to this submission, I was unaware of this information. Perhaps the same suggestion could be made for 90 keys.
