The one in your sale is duped. There are and have been plenty of duped sellers below current, so using this to raise the buto would be cherry-picking duped sales.

In general, the 'raising with duped is okay' thing is meant to raise hats with only 1 sale on a dupe, or one where dupes consistently sell for higher than its clean current value, as are suggestions where a high end dupe or a mix of clean and duped sales are allowed; if the average common selling point of clean and dupes are about the same, then it can be done.

In this case, this sale means that a duped beams buto should be somewhere between 215 and 240 (didnt check other sales tho, this is based on this sale and sellers), but it does not say that a clean beams buto is 240
