With this, the suggested range should be fine. The 50 sale mentioned by Randy was an escrow-held sale; having escrow trade holds signicantly hinders a seller in getting their items sold [buyers and some sellers even specify their price is higher or their payment is lower for anyone that does have the trade hold].
