This hat's sales really aren't very cooperative. Overall however, there are multiple B/Os of 10, a sale at 9.5 and a pure sale at 9. Quickbuyers at 9 make 9 an outlier.

Oddly enough, the price suggested doesn't exactly make use of sales here. Ideally I would put 9.5, but 10 is the next best thing and also what polar advised me to do.
