By effect price comparison and by all the negative comments the previous suggestion got, i'm making 37 an outlier.

95 Keys should be fine.

I would wait for another sale here since the two sales are extremely discrepant. 37 is probably low, but ive had one of these offered not too long ago on stuff significantly less than this, and the dude selling at that time was willing to settle for 60-70

With that many items as 70 keys, you should apply overpay. But then it still may be too high as Foamy mentioned.

I already took out more than 20 keys from the value that the site suggests, since most items were painted.

I'm fine with waiting for another sale though, since while 37 might be extremely low, this could also be high.

Well there's sales at 37(gonna be outdated soon), 60, 90(B/O cap) and 95(outdated), i'll close this and wait and see what debug.mode does with the unusual and resuggest once he sells it, unless you'd prefer me to do 60-90, which I wouldn't be completely opposed to.
