no point in having 2.33 in range if people are quickbuying for more, you should resuggest at 2.66 flat?

Which is a decent reason to exclude it from the range, as they did. Based on SCM this could probably go higher, but looks like documented availability in this range and buyers at the high end.

Bumping doesn't matter on bp.tf as long as the seller/buyer has been online.
