Okay here we go again

First off these are insanely rare, and I doubt anyone will sell this hat for a very long time

Anyways the only recent sale of this hat happened on 5/7/2016

It was sold to me for a Kill-a-watt Company Man (still valid at 40 keys, but B/O caps at 35):

Here's what I bought the company man for (bullet buzz has parts): http://imgur.com/a/mgsTr 31.47 keys + ~8 keys = 39.47 rounding to 40

Bullet Buzz is still valid at 29

I do not believe you count the value of Parts on Unusuals, but I might be mistaken.

You don't need a Mini for the Company Man because it's still Updated.

The Company Man is not updated.

It literally just went outdated. Like, 5 hours ago.

It was in-date at time of sale, it's fine.

It's not black and white you know. It really doesn't hurt to have a mini when the unusual is going outdated in a few days.

Doesn't hurt, but also isn't required. It's fine.

Actually no. The sale used in the KaW Company was based on a sale that happened on 8 Dec 2015. That's 5 whole months before this suggestion.

Actually, no, that doesn't matter. You can use evidence that's up to three months old -at the point of the suggestion being accepted- to set a price for three months. So the sale being in December is fine.

Look, if you want to make a mini, make one. But it doesn't need one, and stop trying to loophole people into thinking it does. Because it doesn't.

All of your stuff's valid but you need to wait 1 month before updating your rare unusual's price if you're reselling it.

Mini includes vivid bullet buzz if anyone's wondering

Nobody ever told me of this rule, but it seems I was mistaken. Please excuse my ignorance.

That only applies to putting the first price on something, not updating it.

You missed out the sale before yours.

http://backpack.tf/item/4279576295 this looks like it sold on SCM but not sure what for.

I'd be happy to call that an outlier, frankly.
