Loaf's adds are about a key or so, so just rounding to 500.

In conclusion - 400 seems to low to be included, and 550 too high. More recent and decently quick sales @420-500, taking that as range.

I see no reason for this to be updated, do it again in 2 - 3 months, if the sales are new they will still be valid then.
That is the same case for a multitude of unusuals, but you don't see it happening on them.
A unusual is outdated after about 3 months, once that time has passed it's open to be update again, this was priced 3 days ago, there is no logical reason for why this should need another update to fit in new sales, other than to boost the backpack of it's current owners by 20 keys.

You could have just said it from the start though. instead of raging dislike on my comments.
Well, you deleted your comments, but no they weren't, could have proven it with a simple screenshot, but that is too late.
I don't dislike comments out of spite, the function is there to hide comments that don't do anything for a conversation or to boost the once that do, the only effect it has is to hide the heavily disliked comment after a certain threshold is reached or give people with upvotes some stupid reputation points that nobody care about.
TL;DR - Disliking out of spite is meaningless.
