Most of those suggestions were either removing a range or making it a rounder number (e.g.: 1.44 - 1.33), I think 5% rule applies to this suggestion.

i guess we'll just have to wait and see

tbh, I don't know if all mods follow it.. sometimes they do, sometimes not.
