Well I think 16 - 20 is a much better range, but there's 1 pure sale at 30 so I'll just wait a mod's opinion on this.
The 30 key sale only shows 20 keys and a few ref.

Sale #2 is rather odd considering the seller had a 50 key b/o, I'd take that as an outlier.

Sale #1 shows the seller's side, while sale #3 shows the buyer's side.

The Keys on both compare links match the seller on Sale #1 and the buyer on sale #3...
Also, as Julia pointed out, sale #3 was not for 30 keys.
