Personally Id rather have seen this being updated conservatively with the veil sale, to then use this to give the glengarry a range, but since thats a matter of opinion, this should be okay.

With this, you can suggest the glen at 70 flat with that pure sale, which - as far as I saw - is the only usable sale on that (older than 1 month now). Since it does not seem to be on the market atm, I dont expect that to sell any soon
