I can't possibly see the DBD Soviet being valued under 16 keys, as if it weren't underpriced enough already. I would pay 16 keys for this hat.

The Belgian doesn't have any recent valid sales, but is probably valued around its current price.

Sales are at 17, 18, 23 keys. With the number of sellers at 19-20 keys this shouldn't be valued higher than 20 keys. However 17 keys may also be too low considering buyers and rejected offers.
