Eh, SCM and classies don't generally agree with each other.. Just because I have a buy order, doesn't mean that this suggestion is invalid :P
Poorly bumped, most recent bump was 4 days ago - http://postimg.org/image/lfruqmsxt/ - AND it doesn't have paint as you stated in your suggestion :S Just seems like weak proof is all. sorry. There are quickbuyers on scm for 1 key, so even after gabe fees that's 16 ref (ish)

SCM is overpriced due to tax. Please do not use it as support in small sales like this...
that's how pricing works. it is the most common trade points taking into account all trading avenues (classifieds, outpost and scm if marketable etc). No they don't always match exactly, but for the most part support each other. But it doesn't in this case. Which makes me question if a drop is needed at all.
You said SCM is over a key, why is that? Tax. If there was no tax it would be a 4 ref difference ~ Therefore completely changing the overall argument.
~3 refined actually . The problem is pricing isn't based off quicksell prices. Maximus had a quickbuy order for that. There are no sellers for 14 refined anywhere. You can raise with buyers, but not drop.
