So we are left with 4 sales. 60 (B/O cap), 68, 70 (rounding) and 50 (low outlier)

Reason for rounding down the higher sale is due to the b/o capped sale resting at ~71 if it werent for the cap. Rather than question whether to exclude 73.5 (or 75 if rounded) as a high outlier, I took the approach to rounding it down to cover the B/O capped sale which supported why it shouldn't be excluded as an outlier.
