So, here's my 1,5 month old sale:

Poisonned Shadows HWNN = C9 Cardbeard Cutthroat + 60 pure keys + cash

x = 625 + 60 = 685, 700 rounded up. Taking 700.

Due to how price suggesting works, due to how this that's 1 of 1 and that i am the sole owner of it for 1,5 months, i am allowed to price it at a LOWER price than it's actual worth, by dismissing the fact that cash was added. Cash was indeed included in our deal, but i choose NOT to disclose the amount(for reasons).

Was waiting til cardbeard got updated @ 625 to have this suggestion up.

If anyone asks, i bought it for a PE TC around 2 months ago (which was used to price the TC). All the other sales are sweetstakes gambles etc.

Le Sale.

The sale for the TC was only indirectly used for the TC (i.e it was a supportive sale and holds neither end here), especially since the hwnn was approaching outdatedness when it was being used. Regardless of that, it should be more than clear that that sale is significantly lower than this.

Sales here are 455 and 700+, so this flat value will be too high

I'd mostly consider 455 an outlier due to some factors, mainly that the guy i bought it off @ 455 didn't have access to outpost (Meaning that,if he did have access to it, he'd probably gather higher offers)

The guy u bought it off of was brokering for a guy who did have access

The sales here are too discrepant, and there are too few indications based on which one can determine which of the two sales is an outlier, but if anything, id say the high sale here is the outlier.

The person you won (? I assume you won it) it from has had it listed for a short time at 400

He relisted that like 5 times over the course of a week. Thats too few to solidly put down 700 as an outlier, but its an indication that 700 flat is too high here. I left this open for so long to see if it would resell, which it did not.

That, along with the fact that the cardbeard is currently way too high (the highest of 3 sales was used to set a flat price there) makes makes me confident that 700 is too high, and not better than current (let alone "undervalued").
