Conclusion:

Sales at 54, 53, 39, 55, 36 and 55 keys, and sellers at 50 and 55 keys. The sales at 36-39 are off-market, I'll assume they're quicksales. Seller at 50 keys is almost valid, so it should be good for a low-end. Taking 50-55 keys as the new price.
