They're the only available sources. You might as well give this hat no price or a terrible price, as they're the only buyers out there. No one has sold any yet.

There aren't any sales for this hat. I got 6 keys because I would presume people would pay that much for such a low-tier effect on an unusual compared to 8 keys for Aces High or related effects that one would deem as 'better' compared to Nuts n' Bolts. The only person buying this hat at the moment is buying it for 7 keys according to the classifieds.

A product is released to the public with a price before anyone has bought it. The product has a price, even without any sales.
You can't price items off of buyers... The reason is because someone could put a buy order out for the golden pan for 1 scrap. That doesn't mean its worth 1 scrap :P
In other words, you need to close this.
I added a third source of an actual sell order on the Steam market, absolutely the only seller in the world, thus the only source. Please visit the third source. 8 keys is reasonable, 1 ref is not reasonable. I can base it upon reasonable buy orders, no?
No, you can't. Pretty sure anyone would insta buy this hat for 6 keys... You CANNOT price hats off of buy orders.
The buyers at 8 keys you have there are quick buyers. If you don't know what a quick buyer is, they are traders that but items for a lower price (usually for pure) to resell at the true value of those items. This means that the price that they are buying at is lower than the true value and therefore should not be the price of the item. In this case here, 8 keys is too low for any unusual because there are quick buyers at 8 keys for any unusual.
You also cannot price items based on unsuccessful buyers.
I know what a quick buyer is. Multiple other unusual katyushas are priced at 8 keys, if you do check for them.
If you go by that logic, then N+B TC should be worth ~8000 keys because a Burning TC sells for 8000.
They are outdated quite obviously.
