2. It's still a bump up, so it will be better for the sellers and if there are sales higher or whatever it can rise easily

well 3 years ago it was not an allclass yet. Hats that become allclass or miscs or something should be treated as unpriced hats. Either way you should definitely not base the harvest cowl off of this
