Assuming it's the only recent sale, it looks fine for me as the Ground Control is updated. I'll let someone with the tools to search for other sales before voting so neutral in the meantime.

No, actually. If you look at the past suggestions for other items, many suggestions have been accepted with just one link.

It's happened with me many times. The Vintage Vintage Merryweather was raised because of one buyer. (I made that suggestion lol)

It really depends honestly. People could be keeping them or look for one certain offer. but if there are more being sold (recently) I think those could be used aswell.
