Someone tried to sell one of these to me for 1.33 and I accidentally accepted, thought it was craftable. Joke's on them, I made mad profit.

Not really enough evidence, so if you can find more sales at 2 the I'll up vote but now, down vote.

3 on Outpost, all painted.

4 on the classifieds, 3 painted, one asking for 2 ref.

Unless you can prove 2 ref is an outlier, this is fine.

Where are the links, and they'res no evidence they were sold without links or snapshots

None of these are counter-proof to 2 ref since they're selling for higher. Same goes for the classified listings.

I know they're unsolds, that's why they're unusable.

I have evidence that this hat can sell for 2 ref. There is no evidence to suggest that it can't (in other words, no sellers for less than 2 ref). Therefore the suggestion is a-okay since the market is incredibly small.

No one shows one sale and gets approved, even unusuals, most have 2-3 sales

Just quickly checking my own suggestion history. There are hundreds more with one sale. This is fine.

Sometimes newer players pay more due to the fact they don't check backpack.tf
