It was purchased on the market on 21st of April and listed for 40 Keys since this time.

It seems 40 keys is a ceiling price for the moment.

There are on the steam market community, two quickbuy orders at respectively 59.50 euros and 59.26 euros.

Floor price for an unusual cotton head with any effect is around 59.50 € / 2.20 € = ~ 27 keys.

In my opinion, 31 - 36.5 keys for a DP Cotton Head is a fair price. Feel free to add other proofs or suggest me another range.
