This seems a bit sloppy. There were a lot of relevant sales in the last pricing, but understandably they may be out-dated now. Even so if you dis-regard the Nun and just based it off the other sales, it should be 462-516, don't know why you rounded down to 460-515

Because you round to get neater numbers, these are the most recent sales and I may yet resuggest a bit lower if that sale tat Woifi mentioned above it lower than this range.

I thought it was about accuracy not neatness. anyway, by all means update if relevant, but from what he linked i'm not seeing a correlation between that trade and a trade for the GE peak? Or am I blind
