Why?

you aren't allowed to price an item when there is an undisclosed amount of paypal added, I've spoken with polar about it and seen this rule implemented before on other high tier items

I do recall, however, that you did need to prove paypal was involved, even if the amount is undisclosed. Otherwise any nonce who had some petty reason for not wanting their hat priced, god forbid, could simply claim paypal was involved and block the suggestion.

providing a screenshot of a paypal transaction with the names and amounts blocked out accomplishes nothing, it could just as easily be me depositing $10 into my steam account to buy the witcher lol

Fair enough. If you don't want to play along this suggestion is fine. If you refuse to prove any paypal involvement, there's no reason to suspect any was involved. Could just as easily be you think this price is too low.

As obnoxious as it is, we've seen cases like this before and there's really not much we can do. If cash was added to the sale, you'll need some sort of confirmation of that. Typically you'll have better luck with the seller than the buyer, so you should ask linus about it. But until then, this won't do, unfortunately.
