5% rule + previous suggestion's sale is still valid which would mean a range is required.

The only sale from the last suggestion is (only just) too old to use now. I, myself, have struggled to sell this for 16 ref. This suggestion should be fine.

Ah it is indeed outdated now, but the 5% rule still does apply. :c

A change like this should be fine. I believe the purpose of the 5% rule was mostly to get rid of suggestions that were too minimal of a change for a high value item. For example, if this item were to drop from 16 ref to 15.88 ref, then the rule would be applied. It wasn't intended to get rid of any suggestion that less than a 5% change.

Noone really knows when it applies and when it does not, we'll have to wait and see.

Generally, any change greater than a rec will be accepted, unless there's a major discrepancy between sellers and/or scm, and the suggested price. A change from 7 ref to 7.11 ref on the other hand would likely end up closed as a result of the rule
