I saw a solid quicksell on trade.tf for this hat, but something caught my eye. I noticed that the dp effect was above things like the confetti effects, peace sign, haunted ghosts, and even slightly over the plasma effects. That is a very high placement, especially for dp since it is a 3rd gen effect, especially since it is over a few very good first gen effects. I ranked it at around 13 keys since that is what aces high is at, and aces is a very similar effect, and dp usually being near aces on your average effect price-chain. Sorry to any owners of the hat who bought it for such a high price, but when you compare the dp one to other effects, the price is way too high.
