There are 2 sellers at 10 keys, one of them recently lowered their price from 11 keys, too

Proof that he changed his price from 11 to 10? I believe the two sellers you're talking about are on classies - http://puu.sh/pae57/1dbb9668f2.png . One is horribly bumped and the other is only a few days young. If they mature or sell, I'll resuggest

The link i provided is the same seller as one of the classifieds sellers. The outpost link shows the user selling for 11 here: http://puu.sh/paem3/4d656ca1b6.png (screenshot, just in case it changes). I also believe I saw the same user selling for 11 on backpack in the past, maybe even 12, but I can't prove this.

My point of the being that if this user is struggling to sell for 11, and is willing to go lower, then it would be best to include it in the range. But like you said, you can wait for the sellers to mature.

It's also worth mentioning that the current seller at 12 in the classifieds is 4 months old. Usually for a situation like that, I would usually exclude 12, but there are no sales at less than 12 to base a price on. I, personally, would wait for more sales here. After-all, the current price is still in-date. But you can do what you feel is best here.

          I gotcha :P

I mean, if a seller at 12 is unsold at 4 months (well bumped), why should it be excluded?

A well bumped seller that hasn't been able to sell their item for 12 keys would show that 12 keys isn't a very accurate price of what the item can sell for in pure. Therefore, it would be excluded. The fact that it is well bumped further proves that 12 keys shouldn't be included, as more people would have seen the listing then.

I mean, if there is at least one full pure sale at 12 as well as the 4 month seller at 12, then it would be reasonable enough to keep 12, since the item has sold for 12 pure, and probably still can. However, since the sale you've provided is for another unusual that seems to struggle selling for its current price (with a seller at 13 and a 2 month unsold at 15), rather than a full pure sale, it isn't really proven that 12 keys can be obtained from the item.

Not sure if I really got the point across there, but hopefully you get what i'm trying to say.

              Alright, I think I understand :P

Gonna keep this open for now

One of the sellers sold for 10

Sales here are 9, 10 and 15; given the amount of sellers/unsolds at 12 and below, it is safe to exclude 15, especially since its a two year old price without a mini. A buyer at 9 on the classifieds eliminates 9 from the range. If this is to be updated, it'd be 10 flat, but I really doubt if 10 flat is better than current. Id personally leave this as it is

So update 10-12 or keep it 12 flat?

I would wait for more sales. with sales at 9, 10 and 15, 15 flat is clearly too high. 9 is too low, and seeing how recent this was updated, I dont know if 10 flat is better than 10-12. Theres no sales at 12, so setting the high end at 12 would be artificially refreshing this. The high end would be based on nothing :P

I would simply not update this hat.
