I would price the noble amassment itself at its listed price, since of the 3 on outpost, 2 are asking for 45 keys pure.

I would say the range 40-50 is still befitting of the noble amassment, and thus the median number of 45 should be applied to the hat in question, based off the 1:1 trade.
