Still don't really see the proof on the #4th sale. Do we have the actual GE Peak's history to prove Banana God Stoof owned it? I mean even if he did you're going off the asumption that's what he paid for it without even knowing the arrangement/if he received money as it does sound remarkably low for someone who has owned very high tier stuff.

Also interesting to note is that your reasoning behind not including the Nun - being that multiple are for sale for less, which they are but they are quickselling. 3 on the market, 2 quickselling and the last one not being quicksold is after 550 (which is above your 470 average) which I would say in perspective to the lower and higher sales should be considered.

If the Nun was considered it would bring the average to 517, which is still below the cheapest non-quicksale you can buy of 550.
