The buyer @13.44 is obviously a quickbuyer (28 minutes old), you should resuggest @13 flat.

My last suggestion was 13 flat. But ".k" said 13 - 13.44 its better because there is a buyer for 13.44

The person buying at 13.44 has 2 ref in their bp. Never bought one. It's the risk you take when making a suggestion based on a single person.
