With sales at 110 and 135, 260 is obviously an outlier. Perhaps the buyer wasnt aware of the other sales?

Just because there are 2 sales that are roughly the same doesn't mean that the other sale is an outlier. It's the same as when I bought 2 spellbound laws for under 500 keys and then sold one for over 1000 in hats -- people said that 1000 was an outlier because of the two sales under 500 but it's obvious it's not worth 420 keys.

If the party phantom is more then surely it will sell again and, maybe, for more ;)

OK tell you what because of the price e suggestion right now all the people think it is worth that. Much, it will sell for more there is a massive demand, sadly most of those people say hurr dürr bit the upcoming price suggestion says otherwise. So sooner or later I will sell it for my price.

Personally i'd like to let this hat settle before pricing it. Darkblaze miscs are rare and highly sought after. Just because a few bad sales happened doesn't mean it should be priced based on those sales. Not trying to bash you personally in any way. But people jumping the gun like this and trying to price hats before they're truly stable is what ruins them. I'd hate to see this thing get underpriced because of a few bad sales. You may feel the price is fair. But in my opinion it really isn't. This misc could easily sell for over 200 if the sellers were just patient and didn't take any half decent offer that came their way. It's not just an average darkblaze hat. It's a rare god tier spy misc that opens up a door for lots of unique sets that people couldn't make before. Once it's stable i'd love to see your suggestion. But I don't think this hat should be priced at this time based on these sparatic sales and the rarity and demand for the hat itself.

Like I said just because numerous bad sales occurred doesn't mean this hat should be priced lower than its actual worth. Shitty sales happen. They always do. That doesn't mean a hat should be priced based on those sales 100% of the time. Should sharks be considered as sales just because they happened? No. So why base a hats value on bad sales? I know for an absolute fact this hat is not worth 110-135 keys. Halloween effects on miscs usually out class every other effect and darkblaze in my opinion is easily a top 5 effect for the hat. This price just doesn't make sense to me and it seems like you're really jumping the gun here.

You say 'bad sales" like it actually means something. If the amount of "bad sales" outweighs the presumed "good sales", then chances are that the "good sales" are within an incorrect pricing.

Also, implying your opinion into the situation isn't really helping your case :p Just because "you know for a fact this hat is not worth 110-135" doesn't change the fact that these sales did happen

the 1:1 sell for that high atm , i got quite a few offers but this one took the cake for me. i dont care for the price of that anymore i just wanted to let you know that your feeling is wrong , as you already said above opinion isnt pushing out facts. so stand by your damn word if you want to stay by the facts stay by the prices it sold for. even the demonflame sold for that high and it cant be that both sell for that high. just dont be a dick because you felt it is an outlier you cant ignore the facts.

Your sale being an outlier isnt only a product of my opinion though. Judging by the various lower priced effects for the party phantom as well as the sales listed here I just cant see how the party phantom could be that high. The fact is that there is a fairly decent pool of sales ranging quite heavily in price. However, this price in comparison just appears to be more accurate than a price like 250 or 260

Theres a few issues here:

- The dogger sale is wrong, several other hats were involved in that trade as well

The valhalla and scotch bonnet both match. Regardless, this trade was with a scammer alt and should not be used.

- The time warp salty dog has just been accepted at 172, and should be taken as such

- Asper the most recent suggestion, this item also sold for a duped PE bonk boy, duped scorching spartan and a duped killawatt frenchmans

That will be significantly higher than this.

Sales here are ~110, 172, 240 and whatever the sale for all those dupes would end up at. You could run some minis, but it is clear that the high sales are not all outliers here. This range is going to be too low for sure. Im actually leaning towards calling the 110 sale is the outlier here; its by far the oldest sale, was never listed on outpost as far as Im aware, and there are three sales for significantly more. The other suggestion is probably closer than this, but slightly too high.

I would probably make 110 and the PE bonk sale an outlier and put this at 172-240, unless buyout caps are in play in any of those sales.
