I didn't resuggest because I was unclear on whether the B/O cap can apply if there are two sales that show it selling for higher than that. Do we have clarification on that?

but the sale at 100 more than 100 in pure alone. Even QSing the kritz to a quickbuyer would make that sale closer to 115 than to 100

so do 115 flat....?
