http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Strange%20Liquid%20Asset%20Stickybomb%20Launcher%20%28Field-Tested%29
2 sales at ~20,3 €
1 Sale at ~19,3 €
Lowend 8 Keys (seller side)
Highend 9 Keys (buyer side)
Looks good, upvote :)
Why are using the scm to price something, when the scm is 1. the land of quicksells and 2. land of improper prices. It doesn't work out for tf2. If you look at the listings for most of the skins they are horriblely out of place where strange bs is more than strange fac new, mby find some key sales of this to get an accurate price and not inaccurate data from scm.
1. You have like 9 times less reputation points than me.
2. you have 217 less accepted suggestions than me.
3. I am using sales, not sellers, to price this.
4. your MW Liquid asset is nice man
So basically what you are saying is because im a casual trader and not a donor you deny what i said.
Also you still have to keep in mind of sellers just look at other suggestions on other items they include sellers
Take a look at things and realize how horribly off the scm is
Just cause you have donor status doesnt mean you should make suggestions using inaccurate sources
What are you talking about? you can use SCM for suggestions...
why the scm is off by a lot with a lot of skins and high tier weapons, i could see it for items with one marketable variant like genuines but nothing else
SCM and the bp.tf price are generally pretty close together.
not in the cases of unusuals, skins, and some aussies. might want to take a look on the market one day.
also his suggestion is $8-$9 cheaper than what the cheapest scm seller is selling at so either a bigger range or give up on using the scm to price something that has NO ACCURATE SCM PRICE
Dude you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about and you just prove that.
Sellers =/= Solds. You just played yourself, this must be very embarassing.
Sellers are still there and the provide and impact on pricing. If you look at other price suggestions on hats and stuff the included sold @ xref being sold at yref
Your the one who is failing to see the error of your ways since your mindset is "Look at me im a donor i can get away with most things cause i gave money for basic immunity from my own stupid mistakes and im always right cause i donated and being a donor means immunity"
once you read it in first person and think about it you realize how true it is.
1. Donating 10 bucks won't bribe the mods - believe me.
2. a good proof for that is that I also have soggestions that got rejected.
3. Sellers (in this case unsolds) can be used to drop an item
4. they can also be used to cap a price, e.g. if you have a sale at 10 keys, but a seller at 9 keys the suggested price will be 9 keys (rough explanation)
you are kinda embarrasing yourself here.
10 might not but more might
your proof is horrible and is only part of the prices
and sellers can be used for anything
Say item x is sold at $50 twice and $40 once
And there are sellers at $60 or more
A range would be like 47-60
this would then change if the 60$ ones get sold there for making range go to like 55-65 or whatever is cheapeest after the 60$ ones are sold
or if the $60 ones dont sell and instead people list cheaper ones then the range becomes cheaper to more of a 40-55
That is an example of how sellers affect prices
um.. no. Just no. lol get your stuff straight man, you really have no clue how this works
Listen, if you don't agree with this suggestion, go ahead and counter.
I would but the only counter is to leave it unpriced for a while and let the market attmept to stablize.
So since you're not writing those long texts anymore it seems you've calmed down; so:
Can you stop commenting now, please? The mods will decide if my suggestion is good, and only the mods. If you don't agree just downvote and move on please.
Ive been calm the entire time you the one who is mad cause someone has provided propper evidence to disprove you
Wait for the market to stabilize? The liquid asset has been out for nearly 1 year... ( https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Gun_Mettle_Update )
What are you talking about? XD
well seeing how strange bs is the most expensive liquid asset i dont think it is stable
If you got any doubts or anything please go to the forums and open a topic, we can discuss there. This is not the right place.
That might be true about aussies, but people have priced/updated unusuals off of the SCM.... Please don't act like you know more than me about suggesting, I have a lot of experience and SCM can be just as accurate as any other form of sales.
It doesn't matter what the lowest SCM seller is selling at. If I was the only seller of a 10 key unusual and I was selling it for 1,000 keys, that doesn't make any price suggestion that's lower than 1,000 keys invalid.
Im not acting like i know more, but the aussies are indeed stablizing but unusuals and skins are not,
You are; also: Aussies are dropping right now, and skins are just about to be priced so there's no stabilizing or anything yet. Unusuals (older ones) are also kinda stable. Just fyi..
unusuals can be very stable.
not on the market, unless your selling that cancer hat and effect no one wants to buy other than scrap.tf or someone with only $20 on steam
1 more sale at ~23,2€ occured, and 1 sale at ~11(obv. outlier).
I could resuggest with a bigger range, idk.
Hey there, I just posted some rules for weapon skin suggestions here - http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/52544-rules-for-the-pricing-of-skins/
I'll give you some time to close.
