You have a few problems here:

Sale #1 is a bulk sale for a higher tier hat, so you can't use that to price the hat that accounts for only a small portion of the trade.

I'm not sure if you can use that AF Head Lamp mini, as it was used to price the AF Tartan. There is a mini for the Head Lamp here at 60 keys - http://backpack.tf/suggestion/5755352f8667474a5e0a383e but it's a bit iffy, and requires another mini. I have no idea how that passed lol.
