So I seem to be the only one who has owned this hat who isn't the original unboxer. Everyone who has owned his hat has been given it for free and then its been returned to "foxx" the very same day so either hes lent it to friends or he has alt accounts. As such, mine is the only trade I can find

The Thirst Blood price is fairly recent so I went around the middle of that range and judging by the prices of similar effects (Disco beat down, 33 keys) this seems about right to me.

For suggestions, a sale should not be valued over the seller's buyout in pure, as backpack.tf aims to display the pure value of unusuals.
You can resuggest this at 25 flat. If you do not intend to resell, then the suggestion will be okay
I don't intend to sell it anytime soon. I think Ill be playing Heavy for the foreseeable future

I saw that as well, but that was 3 months ago. It is likely that, over time, he lowered his buyout (potentially due to lack of attention). In his trade notes, he states he wants 25 keys. It is going to be hard to tell how long he has had the 25 buyout, but given the fact that his trade was listed a total of 4 months and the fact that the last time he spoke of his BO was 3 months ago, it is very likely that his trade has had the 25 buyout for a significant amount of time.
If there'd be evidence that he only changed his buyout yesterday, I would not be opposed to using this as a value, but if there isnt any, then this should be re-done at 25 keys. Perhaps you can ask the seller to comment here, to clear things up.

Another point to consider is that, at 25 keys, this Miami Nights White Russian would be the same price as a Massed Flies White Russian. You cant honestly tell me you think they deserve to be the same
that's not how it works, prices are based on sales, your sale had a b/o of 25 so can't be priced any higher as he would've accepted 25 pure
Look, is there anyway to see the listing history of an item so I can prove how much he had it up for? The dude isnt replying to me

That was his buyout until I brought it. Im 100% sure.
The fact he asked for 30 keys here 22/27 days ago and 30 keys in the tf2outpost trade 3 months ago makes me believe that 25 keys was the original asking price and he never changed it.

doesn't matter if he had a b/o of 30 keys on classies with the outpost trade having a b/o of 25.
i myself have different b/o's on different sites and it shows i am willing to accept the lowest b/o i have set.
But the post with the 25 key buyout is 4 months old
The one with the 30 key buyout is 3 months old and 27 days old. Why does the 25 key one take priority over the newer ones? Why does the outpost one take priority over the one on this site? Why are you fighting this hard to drive down the price of this hat? I dont think Im being unreasonable here

from the looks of it, it looks like he had a b/o of 30 keys on his outpost until 3 months ago and changed it to 25 because he couldn't get 30 for over a month
But you are going off of what COULD of happened rather than what we know.
We know 100% that they buyout was 30 keys 3 months ago and 27 days ago. Unless you can bring me solid proof that the post was edited I don't see why it should have any weight
how is "25 Keys or Item Offers" not clear enough?
Because its 4 months old and we have more recent buyouts which are 30 keys. Theres no solid evidence he edited the OP of that offer
Opinions of effects don't price hats, sales do.
B/o of 25 shows that this must be capped and the other suggestion is better than this one as what foamy said before, closing this up
