This was the first item I ever attempted to suggest a price for.. Of course, my suggestion had bad evidence and was closed, let's see if I can do better this time

Two recent sales on this -

June 4 sale has a value of 43 - 49 keys. Mean of 46 keys

June 29 sale has a value of 44 - 51 keys. Mean of 48 keys

All based on key values at the time of the sale. I prefer a range of 46-48, but I'm not opposed to widening the range to 43-51 and what you have here is pretty close to that.
