That is not what I said. If it can't sell at 80 for a month, why would you price it at 80?

I mean you're effectively pricing it based on an unsold, how does that make any sense to you? The unsold indicates that 85 is an outlier, imo, not a sale you should cap.
Your offer to justify 85 was 4 months ago. Any recent offers to suggest why sale 1 is too low?
