I remember looking at this not long ago, I didn't suggest when I came across the offers in the outpost trade:

The buyer offered 20 keys pure here on the same day it sold and says "Will hopefully have the pure soon"

Negotiation?

I doubt the seller would've accept an offer more than 4 keys lower than what the buyer originally planned on paying.

I will attempt to contact the buyer to get some clarification, if they don't respond I guess we'll have to take the sale as it is.
