So you're using young sellers to drop an items value? Nice.
Btw, a comparison between the classifieds an hour ago, and the classifieds now, at least a couple sold, all considered quicksales by site rules.

Another comparison, small fat penguin quicksold his listing at 1.2, this is clearly too low.

Another sale at 1.4 http://image.prntscr.com/image/26e0734622a44af2a6f9673ed1013342.png
Three of your 4 sellers at 1.3 has also sold.
Annnnnd.... another one

Disliking my comments don't take away from the fact you're wrong by dropping this.
All of your screenshots are broken.
Works perfectly fine for me, maybe say that the first time instead of disliking my comment? Would have fixed it over an hour ago.

Once again, I didn't dislike your comments, I even liked the one with the downvote so the downvote is gone, it seems as if the common trading point for these is 1.2 - 1.4 which would mean a 0% change, closing this. (Thanks for being mature! :))

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28227496
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28171390
These three have already sold (not counting any classifieds that have already sold), proving that 1 is a quicksell and 1.3 can still sell. Downvote, it is evident that this can still sell for higher.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28229020 - took 6 days to sell -> not a quicksell
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28227496 - still unsold
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28171390 - still has two
???
Your second 1.3 sale is three weeks old.
One valid 1.3 sale does not counter that many sellers.
They aren't even sold, they are all still in the respective invetories.
Isn't there a time limit on how soon an item can be resuggested?
The last drop was accepted yesterday and before that there has been another 2 accepted suggestions in the last 8 days.
Only for currencies.
Such a rule does not exist (at least to my knowledge), it seems unreasonable for such a rule to exist either, if an item needs a drop/a raise then it needs a drop/a raise.
Yeah, I'm going through the guides now.
From the Guide of Non-Unusual Suggestions
http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/36705-guide-for-non-unusual-suggestions/
Making Suggestions That Are Meaningful and Relevant
We ask suggesters to avoid making suggestions changing the values on items by less than 5% unless there is a compelling reason to do so. Sometimes the compelling reason is to significantly alter the range while keeping the mean the same. Suggestions changing the mean value by less than 5% are left to the moderator's discretion whether they should be accepted or not. We want to encourage meaningful suggestions that are helpful to the community, not suggestions that promote clutter.
A change in the mean of at least 5% is required for non-unusual suggestions
This does not apply to refined, keys, and ToD tickets. If the change is less than 5%, you can make the suggestion but you must provide a rationale for why the change is needed. Usually we will go with the votes in situations like these.
The essence of the rule: No more suggestions changing the value on an item from 10 ref to 10.11 ref.
Some math to show what is and isn't acceptable. NOTE: It's at the mods discretion if they will accept one anyways, and the votes will be taken into consideration.
1 key changes
20 keys to 19 keys is okay. A 1 key change on any item higher than that is less than 5% - this will affect high tier aussies the most.
0.5 key changes
10 keys to 9.5 keys is okay.
0.25 key changes
5 keys to 4.5-5 keys is okay
1 refined changes
20 ref to 19 ref is okay. A change from 1 key to 0.95 or 0.9-1 keys is okay.
1 reclaimed changes
7 ref to 6.66 ref is okay.
1 scrap changes
2.33 ref to 2.22 ref or 2.33 to 2.11-2.33 is okay.
1 weapon changes
1.22 to 1.11-1.22 is okay. For low tier items, it is at the discretion of the mods. Technically, 1.44 to 1.33-1.44 ref is less than 5%, but a mod may choose to accept based on the votes.
Modifications to ranges with no/little change to the mean
We will allow suggestions that change the range without changing the mean ONLY if there is overwhelming support for the suggested range. This includes changes from 1.44-1.66 to 1.55 or 5.33-5.66 to 5-6.
Things we will take into consideration on suggestions like these:
(1) The amount of proof provided
(2) We will be more lenient about widening the range vs narrowing the range. A change from 5.33-5.66 to 5-6 is more likely to be accepted than a change from 5-6 to 5.33-5.66.
(3) We will be more lenient about suggestions that change the range to more easy to follow values. A change from 4.88-5.11 to 5 flat is much more likely to pass than a change from 5 to 4.88-5.11.
From the guide, it looks like I was getting things confused, I was thinking of the requirement for n explanation about why you think the change is necessary when the change is smaller than 5%. But even then this change is just slightly greater than 5% 1-(1.3/1.4)=7.14%
Can you not post huge, mostly irrelevant walls of text on suggestions that are already a bit spammy? Thanks :P
The change is larger than 5%, lol.
Why are people being so aggressive about a 2 ref drop.
Because the suggestion is shit and the proof is awful? But apparently that doesn't matter anymore, there is nobody even selling for 1.2 atm, just like I knew was going to happen, if anything it should just stay at 1.3 and stop being trashed in price any more than it already has.
There are now sellers at less than 1.2, all the way down to 1.05 (despite being young).
