Hot gun, Hot sale. But what's with the price difference between craftable and uncraftable paints of set kind? is one just outdated after they made paints uncraftable?

The ones bought from mann co. store are uncraftbles if im right. And since people hoarded them during smissmass, they're available in abundance, and when people sell them, they show up different from the craftables ones (that are unboxed) on all trade sites, leading to the price difference.
