No, since they don't exist.
i only see a buyer for 12.5 keys, there is a buyer for 18 for discounted safe n sounds which this doesn't fall into the category of @ 18, and possibly a buy for 16 that's looking for terrorwatt but might consider any effect. but that's still under 17 keys

considering theres a seller for 18 keys for the nano, I'd say that mini is an outlier.
Ingoring the sale for the nano anyways.

Those sales were caused by the false all class hype, there's also the sale for the nano which supports the rather lower price.

Considering 3 out of the 5 sales that happened, would indicate that it needs the higher price.
The mini on the nano is wrong (as already pointed out), since there's a seller @18 that sale can't be any higher than ~16 - 18 keys.
That means 3 sales @17 and two way higher sales caused by a false all class hype.
The nano mini is indeed an outlier. It has had a brief allclass hype (I had a few, but Ive seen the hype being dismissed, hence Ive been following it). Theres a seller on that at 18 (and there was one at 16 a few days ago, see http://backpack.tf/suggestion/575991b58667474ad47e10d7 ), so that sale is around this suggested value as well. With these 17 sales, it is very clear that the high sale here is an outlier.

Theres "2 new sales" now, but theyre between the same two parties and happened instantly, and contain similar items. It looks to me like he is forging sales to back up the 'high' value. Theres 3 sales around 17 and 1 at very high sale (that being this sale: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198119564821#!/compare/1462233600/1462320000 ). The FJ/sauger/medgun sale should not be taken into account here, as it has basicly been reverted.
