Sale for 16 keys took 1 day to sell - http://postimg.org/image/x5w81a2nr/
Current classies 1 seller just matured 1 day old @ 15 keys - http://postimg.org/image/40oibyvs1/ (kinda newbish has 15 ref in text on ad lols)
Outpost seller 1 day old $32 paypal http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28253689 or about 17.5 keys
Conservative raise based on 15 key seller and 2 sales at 16 keys. super small market obviously lol
In case you're wondering, I had a quickbuy order up for each one I got. Both sold within a day tho, so this might need 16 flat if the 15 key sells in the next hour or 2, but he's been offline today.
The seller @15 has been offline for 22 hours, not too sure if 16 flat might be better, 2 sales @16 should be able to counter a single barely valid seller @15.

SCM more closely supports this range, these sellers, given the price of keys on SCM, are closer to 15 keys then anything else. I support this range, upvote.
Disregard my previous comment, the seller is invalid anyways since it doesn't have a trade offer link set up, downvote (you can't purely base your low end on SCM).
He's still selling it, regardless of the trade offer link. I don't think you have the greatest idea of how trading works; I've gotten many clear sales based on adding someone and buying an item (it's how I've gotten most of my collection, which all have valid accepted suggestions).
Why would he need a trade offer link? People can just add him to trade, a lot of people prefer that.
You know that those sellers are invalid, right?
if you'd like to counter, feel free. I don't do it for the accepted suggestions. I just suggest when I see something that I have personal dealing with. In such a small market for a newer item I don't believe it matters if the user has a trade link or they have to add them. In order to save 1 key over the next seller some people will or will buy off scm if they have the funds. It's all relevant imo
Still, if your low end is weak then your low end is weak, I am just telling the facts and that's it.
Just like using young/bumped/never bumped sellers are, yet you still use them cause it goes it your favor. let's not talk about what is and isn't allowed :)
yes, my other reason for not being too concerned about whether the seller is offline or not as there is a couple on scm :) cheers just left that out because scm sales have varied by up to 4 keys from lows to highs within 48 hours sometimes.
