Weapon is professional. This adds no more than 15 keys based on market price of kit, and strange pro snipers go for 7-8 on market, so counting pro as adding 7.5. Effect isn't fancy, not team shine or fire horns, so taking typical. This is definitely the most controversial part of the suggestion, and I'd welcome feedback on it.
