the spell on the hat is 10 keys non-added, so should be 5 added

That's a value that comes out of nowhere. You cannot artificially make up values for pricing purposes.

The high end here is not properly supported. There are two sellers that back up the value as it was recently suggested here. If anything, the sale for the DP nickel further supports the recent accepted suggestion.

A price update will not be needed here, as the current price is based on a pure sale, which is fully supported by current sellers. Closing this.
