Also the only seller has a listing for 22 keys anyway/

You will need sales to price unusuals. There haven't been any sales yet, so a price cannot be established yet.

Feel free to retry once you sell, but bear in mind that two sales are required to price unusuals. There are a few exceptions to keep in mind, but that's a concern for later.
