That's not logical. at all, close this before a mod does.

That isn't logical, as there is no link between the two. Many factors can affect the price of a hat, including sales, sellers and buyers, which you need to provide as evidence for a rise or change in price.

Like if ref price is decreasing. Then people are going to try to sell hat for bigger prices because refined is losing its value
