In my opinion this is a bit low for the hat. I was offered 125 in unusuals multiple times and even 100 pure once on the Firepowered trading server, and this was valued more then 80 keys in trade for the bomber. The person who I bought it from had a 200 b/o and wanted pure or mixed fast for the upcoming summer sale or to cash out. So he sold it for pretty cheap to me.
Can you prove any of these offers?
Also, 200 seems especially absurd considering effects like knifestorm are only 150
They were offered in trade servers so unfortunately I don't have any chat logs or anything. I actually have this month bought a knifestorm pusher for 140 pure and thought it was a great deal. The sale of the pusher for the pricing of 150 was to a collector and I have tried to offer him more in unusuals for the pusher but he refused. I'd honestly value this pusher 125 at least. I don't think it's fair to base it off this one sale, but then again I'm no price suggestor.
The points you just presented to me were all incredibly easily to lie about. Not saying that you would lie about such a thing, but its hard to anyone to believe you when there isn't much evidence to back up your claims :/

Yea, I can agree to that. I should've screened some of the offers at the time. I will definitely start doing that more in the future.

Majority paypal, a few hundred worth of cs go stuff afterword, and about a hundreds keys a few weeks later.
