I value the hat at around 38 - 42 key range to narrow the range down on the Searing Plasma Bunsen Brave.

the hat is in date actually, i always thought you had to take that up to date price then as a low end(here)

where does 38 come from?

Somewhat averaging between all three suggested prices and sales based on the other two and my purchase.

that's not how it works, from your proof, it looks like 42 flat would be better
