EDIT - There's another sale that happened almost 3 months old sale - http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198053558381#!/compare/1458950400/1459036800 Somebody else also made a suggestion for this hat with that sale and I did read the rules for pricing and it clearly said, "Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof" so I didn't bother putting it on the suggestion.

The actual threshold for sales' validity is 3 months. The rules from which you quote mainly go for hats that are exchanged more often. For rarer hats or hats that rarely sell, sales up to 3 months old can be used as well, but newer sales take precedence over older sales in that scenario.

I would personally support 200 flat here rather than the range, since there's currently another clean seller at 200, the 225 sale from the old suggestion is approaching the 3 month threshold, and the C.heart veil mini is likely on the high side there
