All right, should probably be last one. The capping based on a fairly short and not aggressively bumped b/o was probably overkill on the prior suggestion.
Over a year out of date. Retired hat, going for well over current price on the steam market. Vast majority haven't moved recently, but two that are indexed have moved this year:
HAT 1:
http://backpack.tf/item/622170200
Sold on market so it doesn't show up currently, whoever bought it isn't indexed.
Sale X: Not usable
Went to Sargent¥ (MCT) ⇋HG-A⇌ in a gamble

Sale X: Already used elsewhere
I purchased this as part of an offer on my strange cats, was used to justify a price of 110 for the cats. Missed some sweets

Sale 1:
http://i.imgur.com/WmVsDxg.png
Sold on steam market for $55 to buyer, $47.83 to seller
= 19.5-22.5, rounding to 20-22
HAT 2:
http://backpack.tf/item/1150452948
Sale 2:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198196081558#!/compare/1464998400/1465084800
Sold for:
-Pro KS Australium Axtinguisher (8 keys)
Seller at 7.9 (many at 8), buyers at 7.1 and 7, community market ~$19-22 (~7-9)
-Spec KS Australium Frontier Justice (Manndarin) (10 keys, sellers at 10, buyers at 10)
= 18 keys
Blutsauger and everything else added to seller (except a single low-value skin) were part of this trade instead:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198099952239#!/compare/1464825600/1465084800
Trade involved swapping spec aussie Frontiers (Manndarin -> Team Shine), and explains why the histories initially look weird on the FJ from the listed trade.
Sale 3:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198153887150#!/compare/1465257600/1465344000
Sold WITH PKS Aussie Axtinguisher (8) for:
Miami Sober Stuntman (17-18, close to outdated) + ~1 key sweets,
= 11 keys?
Big outlier, wonder if everything was spotted by backpack correctly there?

(New)
Sale 4:
Original outpost listing: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28240234
Was only listed for a couple days at most; probably less, given that it was removed from the trade before the trade was closed. Had no specific buyout.
Sale: White Bill's + 7 keys + Strange FT Night Owl (more like 3 keys than the backpack suggested value of 8, SCM sales are typically $7-8 after tossing quicksales.)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198153887150#!/compare/1465516800/1465689600
= ~13
Makes sale 3 not as much of an outlier... however, see buyer info.
Buyers/sellers:
No current sellers with b/osAnd double checking again, the seller has also listed it on classified again at 18 as of an hour or two ago. Frankly I'm just going to ignore it, comfortable with the current range.
From last post, there was one listed on the classifieds at 18 keys from the 12th-17th (was initially listed at the same time as this trade: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28251134 ). The classifieds seller pulled it shortly after I made the new suggestion, and recently posted on outpost with no specific b/o: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28269736
They bought the item in sale 4.
Current buyers only on SCM. Buy order at $43.79, which would be 15 to seller, 18 to buyer http://i.imgur.com/FFUUdXX.png , comfortably makes the two low trades out of range.
So, long story short, a couple of sales that appear to be under 18 keys, but pretty quick, and buyers pretty clearly put them out of range. Aside from those, still the same 18 key and 20-22 key (SCM) sales.
another sale
Sold for 14 keys + 4 keys in items = 18 keys
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198009272632#!/compare/1468800000/1468886400
this looks fine.
